How do I return my item?

  • You have 14 days to lodge and return your order. The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.
  • Full priced items can be returned for a Credit Voucher or exchange.
  • The Credit Voucher code is equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item and valid for a year after being issued.
  • Sale items can only be returned for an exchange.

Can I get a refund?

  • We only provide refunds if there is a fault in the garment. This policy is non-negotiable.
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
  • For International orders, you have 30 days to notify info@sansfaff.com and return your item(s) for a refund. Returns will be at the expense of the customer, including delivery fees and duties.

How can I return my order?

  1. Pack the item(s) in a parcel and attach the return label.
  2. Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to:
    Sans Faff, 6 Cornwall Gardens, 269635, Singapore

It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.
